CPU wont boot anymore and debug leds arent even working..

The fans and the harddrives work and also the internal start and reset button still lighten up, but the Debug Led won't and I cant boot.. I do see a red led burning on the right side of the board, that's for a CPU error isn't it? I was trying to install a 6970 graphics card, I think it might have short circuited or something? Anyone knows what to do? Or should I bring it back to the store?

Start over by removing everything and reseating just the CPU + 1 stick of memory. See if you can get it to post that way first and then start adding things back.

Thanks for the advice man, I tried that actually but it did not work either. I think it's dead..
So I've already brought it back to the store and ordered a new one, later they'll decide if I get my refund for this one.
