780 bios update for quiet fan profile not working on AS03

I've tried several times to update my bios to have the quiet fan profile with the tool from here under BIOS section -> http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX780DC2OC3GD5/#support_Download_36

But it's just not working totally, windows keeps saying the app crashed and has to be closed. Isn't there any way I can have the quiet fan profile bios for AS03 so I can manually flash it?

if im not mistaken it only works on asus boards ( the flash ) but i cant say 100% shure.
list specs.

I can't. Seems like the AS03 is the newest version, maybe the updater isn't patched for it yet? Is there no chance I can get the .rom file just?

The minimum fan speed is 37%, cant set it lower at all. Can it go lower with the quiet fan profile bios? This card is just too loud for me.

I've explored the map where it was extracting. C:\Users\Faith\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX3

Found there 2 rom files: 80.10.3A.00.AS05 & 80.10.37.00.AS04

Which one is compatible with my card having this stock bios 80.10.3A.00.AS03?

Well there are 2 bios revisions atm

1: 80.10.37.00.12 (AS02) -> Can be flashed perfectly with the 80.10.37.00.AS04
2. 80.10.3A.00.13 (AS03) (seems to be a newer one) -> Can be flashed perfectly with the 80.10.3A.00.AS05

You can find your bios revision through Asus GPU tweak or Gpu-z, but just do find it through GPU Tweak please.

The Firmware updater seems to be extracting the files first and trying to run but it fails. It's quite easy to find the bios rom files, open the updater and it's going to say it needs to be closed don't press OK and leave it and navigate to the folder: HowTo: http://i.imgur.com/jctoCyb.jpg

If you close the program the map will just disappear, thats why keep it running.

I've succesfully flashed my AS03 with 80.10.3A.00.AS05 and the GPU is totally inaudible 😄
