I have that setup with the exception of your case. I have a CM Storm Trooper case, h100i, i7 4770k and MVIE. It is very easy to install...I followed a YouTube vid on installing it and it was a cake walk.
1. If you're planning on overclocking then remove the stock thermal compound pad and apply Arctic Silver 7. It made a huge difference for me.
2. Be careful when installing the screws as it is VERY easy to strip the threading that is in the radiator. I stripped 3 out of 8 screws...2 on the first install and 1 on a reinstall after setting up a push pull configuration.
3. Be careful when plugging in the Y fan cable into the top of the water block head. The head has 2 sockets on top that so you can plug a push pull setup into it with each sockets plugged into the provided Y fan cable splitter. I pushed it to hard and the socket broke off. Since it has 2 sockets I was able to just use the other one. I wasn't pushing it in too hard either, just be careful as there is no tactile feel or clicking sound.
4. I installed it under the top of the case as an exhaust setup. Some people say that you should have the radiator as an intake but general science dictates hot air rises which is why I use it as exhaust. My temps are still extremely low. I also tried it as an intake at one point and there is only about 1 degree of difference between the exhaust and intake setup.
You should check out my other post or your other water cooling thread for some more info about the h100i.
