Hi guys I recently purchased a really good pc with i5-4670 (couldnt get the k series cause it wasnt available/out of stock at the time) and a gtx 770. I have 4 fans in the case and a hyper 212 evo over my cpu to keep everything cool.. So I downloaded BF4 Beta and wanted to play.. I was sure I could run it on high with 90 fps+ (which I did get) but then for a few moments I would drop into the low 20s and gradually into the teens... Is this a problem with my PC or the game because it is in Beta? Please help.
Also can I OC my CPU without the K series? I know I can get 3.8ghz because of Turbo Boost but can I OC to lets say 4GHZ?

bf4 beta = beta.
beta = buggy as F.
was it when C droped down you got frame drops?

Download and install Nvidia 331.40 beta driver for battlefield 4. Yes you can overclock a non K cpu and 4.0 Ghz. is very achievable.
