Is there any way to turn off the iGPU?

This is my second GPU and second motherboard on my current build. Both have issues with freezes during benchmarks and load gaming. Could the igpu be causing these problems since im using a dedicated card? Ive tried different drivers etc...I just dont know wat to do anymore. I turned off iGPU multi monitor in BIOS and now I keep getting a popup saying WARNING! iGPU voltage 0.000. Is this good or bad?
