Crosshair IV PCI 2.2 Problem ,IRQ possibly, Please Help

    Hello Team,
I've been struggling for a month now to make this Card working , so any kind of help will be much appreciated
    here is the Case :

I Installed My " Technisat Skystar 2 PCI" Card on the PCI 2.2 slot
I'm using Crosshair IV formula ,
    Phenom II x6 1090T
    Asus ATi 5770
    Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

ok when I'm trying to install the driver for this "technisat" PCI Card it showing the following Error :
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system"

    Other info :
    Device Type : Network adapter
    Device name : Technisat DVB-PCI
    Location : PCI bus 1, device 6, function 0

well its clearly showing that there is no more room for a new hardware , and i need to disable one of the other devices ,
or .. it shares the Same IRQ with some other Device on the System

So I made alittle research and I tried the following :

1 - Microsoft Suggested in that error "Code 12" to use the windows troubleshooter to determine the conflict and Disable one of the conflicting devices ,
well the windows troubleshooter is only viewing the above error Code without any more info and I couldn't know where is the conflict or even change its IRQ..

2- Some other sites suggested that i should change the IRQ from The Bios
well I think you can't do what with Asus Crosshair IV Bios , the only option regarding this issue is " PCI pnP" Yes - No > to either let the BIOS or the OS to handle the plug & play devices, and i tried them both with no luck

3- I made as much room as possible on the Mainboard by removing Other devices , so i disabled almost all " On board Devices" such as Lan , IEEE , Audio and USB
i Even removed every other cards .. I only left the "technisat" and the VGA Card .. also with no luck

4- I Reinstalled My Windows 7 x64 Ultimate , hoping that it will assign a different IRQ for this Card .. > same problem

5- Some ppl suggested that i should try to change The PCI Slot , so i tried to put the card on the other PCI slot , and i had the same problem ..

    Things to concider :
My Win 7 is up to date with .NET installed and The latest Drivers for every device on the system
My Bios version is 2002 > the latest Stable one
"technisat" Driver is up to date and fully compatble with the current windows " 7 x64"
and this exact card was working on my Previous MB "P5w DH Deluxe"

Please if anyone has a suggestion , replay to this post , is there a way to change its IRQ or diagnose the Conflict ? can we change asus crosshair Default IRQ .. what should i do ?
thanks for reading and sorry for the long post ..

I just looked this thing up and here's a snip from their description...'Apart from the reception of digital TV- and radio programs via satellite the card is also capable for data services or "High speed internet via satellite" (e.g. T-DSL via Satellit, skyDSL, Filiago or sat_speed+). '

This thing is a Ethernet Card as well as a TV Card and it might be conflicting with the Built-In Ethernet Adapter, try disabling your Ethernet in BIOS and see if you still get the conflict.

Other than it conflicting with the Ethernet Controller I haven't a clue further, the IRQ's are Dynamically assigned by Windows and it has the ability to handle a lot more Hardware than you have. the only thing I could possibly think of is the Card is bad some how or incompatible with the Crosshair IV. I've seen some hardware that is listed as compatible with Windows 7 but wasn't or had a lot of trouble getting it to work. This maybe your case here. One example of Hardware that was listed as compatible is my Samsung ML1710 Laser Printer, it took me almost a Month to get it to work.

Hopefully some one will pop in that knows just what you have and how to get it to work, as for me I would need to have it to test and prod it into submission...maybe even pull out a BIG Hammer.

    Hi,
If i understand your MB manual correct then in start of PCI_2 dont share ICQ with any device.
Your Screen shot shows another Network adapter in use.
So desable it, install your device in PCI_2 slot, clear the CMOS, disable the network again (if its enabled again) and set the BIOS as it should be for you.
... hopefuly clearing the CMOS, redo the ICQ for you.

OPROM = Option ROM (used for firmware), dont know what ASUS menth with that.

I am having the same problem (same card) but on Win8pro and the Crosshair V.

Before installing Win8 I had been using the card successfully with Win7 x64 Pro.

I haven't changed anything "in the computer", I only formatted my SSD and installed Win8.

I've tried many things without success

had a similar problem many years ago with a satellite card , Had to install pci cards in a certain order to get windows to work.
cant remember the order patern but had to install 1card at a time then drivers for it then reboot , place next card ...ect..ect.
Start with you're Technisat Skystar 2 PCI first ,
