G74Sx-XR1 Numlock and LED backlight not working after BIOS 202

So I followed the instructions. First updated ATK. then updated to 202 using the flash utility. Thought I updated. Restarted no problems. Numlock brings up a calculator, but does not register numlock in games.

Edit: LED lights working though. Ignore that tidbit.
