Think about it guys its really hard to pack a high end board into such a small package.

I could see a ITX board with the red and black cooler scheme.

I for one think its a cool idea as well

Well I want an ITX board with enough power for a decent chip, am3+ or 1155, and a nice video card. It would not necessarily need all the features of an extreme edition board, just something to do small form factor builds with for LAN's and video shoots (dump/edit footage on trips). I guess it would be hard to label it ROG if its stripped of features though

That is definitely on my list of things I would like to see from ROG. Along with AMD Gene, and something dual socket. Oh and FM1!

These are also things that we likely shouldn't be holding our breaths for.

A ROG mini- itx ? Well, let see some problem: First of all the CPU cooling; with a ROG you need very good cooling, with a mini-itx the only way is Water Block , any big air cooler will block the GPU pci-e slot. Second a ROG need dam good power to feed the CPU, the place is very limited to install all the voltage regulator, condensers and heat sing. Third the Case, any case that will fit a decent GPU will also accommodate a mini-atx.
Now if you don’t need the Gaming GPU and want to build a HDTV , well you don’t need a ROG.

Look at this pic , this is a ITX board, look where you fit a dual and triple slot GPU and a decent Air Cooler , I can show you a competitor x68 board if you like, same problem

Yes, When you look at an itx board it would be very hard to plot the real estate.
Still, I dont see why GPU's cant be cabled, these monsters are getting out of hand
size wise...Always have a drive bay or two open....
I dont care about all the reasons that this cant be done, I want to know one way
that a manufacturer could do it.... or a logical solution to the problem that MO points out.
    with CKK's list please..hahaha..yum.

If anybody could pull it off, it'd be the ROG team.
