X79 Deluxe 3-Way SLI Cold Boot issues.

Hey guys,

I've been pulling my hair out trying to solve this issue... the video shows everything that can happen when I try to boot my new rig when it's been off for awhile. I only get the issues from a cold boot.
The system is rock solid once it's warmed up and I can game fine with all 3 cards functioning perfectly.

My system specs:

Windows 8.1
i7 4930k
3x GTX 770 in SLI
32GB of 1600Mhz Corsair Vengeance LP Memory
128GB Samsung 840 PRO SSD for OS
480GB Samsung EVO SSD for Programs
Corsair AX1200i Power Supply
ASUS X79 Deluxe Motherboard
2x 4TB Seagate Barracuda in RAID 1 for storage (via Windows Storage Spaces)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Things I have tried already:

1. Swapping cards around and testing system with each card installed alone (system boots fine)
2. Running in 2-Way SLI the system boots fine.
3. Running a single card in the third PCI-E slot and the system boots fine.
4. Changing PCI-E lanes to GEN 2 (PCI-E 2.0) in BIOS does not help with the cold boot issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I might be completely wrong here, but the odd issues I've sometimes seen with my GTX 780 3-way SLI was all related to BIOS VCCSA voltage. It feeds the PCI-E controller as well as memory controller.

Try setting it manually if not already and try either lowering or increasing it (between 0.9 - 1.2 V should be safe).

Thanks, I will try this (although I believe I've had this issue with it set at offset + auto and also while set to manual 1.2 VCCSA, not entirely sure).

I'm also going to try rolling back to bios 0403 (The store I bought the motherboard from flashed bios 0506 which added support for XEON processors, so pretty much unnecessary).
