Is it ok to disable asus anti surge?

From what i can tell only asus has this bios feature if it was that important every manufacturer would have the feature? So is it ok to disable it?

I do and have not had any issues, but that is my call.

You can disable it if you wish. No side effects in doing so. It's just tied to the Super IO to monitor PSU power rails. It crudely works, but is not really a true failsafe.

Raja i have a question would ripples on the rails trigger the anti surge?

The monitoring just checks the output voltage for excursions past atx spec. It does not and can not measure ac ripple.
