Asus X750 high pitch noise and sound crackling, RMA?

I bought Asus X750LB, i7 4500u, 17.3 FHD display, 16 days ago. At first installation of windows 7 pro 64bit, after nvidia drivers, BSOD occured with monitor.sys error. Upon restart, it resolved and entered windows. I have updated windows, drivers, bios, but while playing mp3 music in media player - the sound keeps crackling. I changed drivers, realtek, microsoft, still the same. Enabled sound in BIOS boto - crackling is present even on boot.
In event viewer there is a constant warning in event viewer Kernel-Processor-Power Event ID 37:
The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report. And after 3 days of usage - it began to reproduce a high pitch noise. Similar to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSKqlttAp-4
I have manually set the processor idle state do disabled, it removes the high pitch sound, but the cpu is extremely warm then and the fans run at 100%. Impossible to work.
My question is, should this be considered for RMA?

I'm in the U.S. and not familiar with the X750LB model, but if you haven't already, you probably want to start contacting your local ASUS Support or store about how to solve this problem which may require an RMA although you may also want to check if it's possible to replace the unit.
