Can't use asus gpu tweak

I can't use any of the overclocking or change the fans speed or read the temp of the pc because it says N/A next to some of the stuff
i think the stuff causing it is nvidia optimal. please help

Hello devotiongamer, Welcome to the ROG forum.

GPU Tweak says you are currently running on intel gpu. Not sure of your cpu but it must have onboard graphics. Switch to the Nvidia GTX 860M.

Help feel the same as I 've done everything solucionaste to what it says on the forum but does not work keeps coming N / A
