    SATA 6GB - RAID support?

    Is the R3E RAID ready for the SATA 6GB ports? A buddy wants to know and I couldn't find any information in the manual.
    CPU: Intel i7 930 @ 3.8GHz
    Mobo: ASUS Rampage III Extreme
    GPU: SLI ASUS GTX480
    Memory: 12GB Corsair Dominator GT 1600
    SSD: OCZ 120GB Vertex 2
    HDD: WD 1TB CB SATA 6GB/s
    PSU: Silverstone 1000w
    Case: Cooler Master ATCS 840

    yes R3E supports RAID for both the marvel controller and Intel controller. But the marvel controller is optimized for single sata 6 solutions. If you go raid, i suggest using the intel controllers.
    ASUS is pronounced "Ay-SOOS"
    ROG should be pronounced "R - O - G"
