I just received my Asus ROG G750jz w/ 24GB RAM and after setting up all the basics I tried running some games, and the performance is terrible, I tried changing settings in NVIDIA control panel but they just keep reverting back to defult, I don't know what to do, someone please help out

yea I have and I still get bad performance, and whenever I go back into the settings it keeps going back to the integrated graphics

Just to confirm, are you clicking apply after making the changes?

ok I did something and it's running a bit better, but not to the standard that I would be able to run watch dogs on high or skyrim with enb

I think I see small improvement, but still not smooth. Also skyrim does not show up geforce gtx 880m, only the integrated gpu
