No, you can throw that CD to the garbage. This driver version from Nvidia is outdated and GPUTweak version will be as well. Always use the latest drivers you can download from Nvidia or Asus Support website.
😉As long as you're not going to overclock or monitor your system, you don't need to install GPUTweak or any similar program.
