Overclocking is different from one machine to the other. You have to get to know the limits that are possible on your own, by simply doing some trial and error. Always make sure your laptops has enough space underneath to get a good airflow, so temperatures will not reach to high values.
😉To start with overclocking download and install one of the available programs, e.g.
MSI Afterburner,
Nvidia Inspector,
GPU Tweak for Laptops,...
I would recommend to do overclocking only on the GPU core and not on the Vram, Vrams can easily take damage with some overclocking ending up in a colorful display artefact output
😉Take your time and increase clocks by rates of 10 or 20Mhz and see what happens
