Hello,

I just bought an Asus N551JK-DM088H.

It charge until 100% without problems,but issue started when I plug off the computer, it droped is charge to 98% and when I plug the charge again, appeared a following message:

"98% remaining,plug in,not charging".

The computer has an removable battery,and so I tryied to remove it and plug it,but not solve.

Please check the ASUS website FAQ link below, but it's normal if the battery charge is above 95%.

Just wait for the battery charge to drop below 95% to see the battery start charging again.

it is normal to keep it from over charging.

The Asus FAQ solved the issue/problem.

Yesterday I installed in pc HWmonitor program and in battery field it said that battery wear was 1%.

But today morning,the program report a battery wear of 2%.

Are these all normal values of battery wear?
