ASUS G53JW, OEM problems?

I lost my Recovery Disk so I did clean Win 7 Premium using a friend's DVD and my Laptops activation(the one underneath). The OS is running but the ASUS exclusive utilities are not working. Power4Gear etc. "Such and Such can only run on an ASUS Notebook" it says. How do I fixed this?

Don't forget to install the 'ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities' in particular under the utilities section of the page mentioned by toronto699 to help recognize your ASUS notebook.
