Question (or complaint) about updated graphic drivers for G771JM

So - I recently bought this new laptop - the G771JM. It runs smooth and such, just up untill when I have to upgrade the video driver.

Apparently I can only use the driver from ASUS website, version 333.1702....

Can you please explain to me - howcome you claim that this laptop is "one of the best gaming laptop present" when you aren't even keeping the graphic drivers updated?

Also, looking at your article about performance on the G771JM while playing FarCry4, it is stated in the article that you were using THIS driver:

Nvidia GeForce driver: 344.65 WHQL

Care to inform me how I can get my drivers updated to those you used, when every time I try to install, it says

"Nvidia graphics driver can not find compatible graphics hardware"?

*edit* - I have already tried downloading every single driver from NVIDIA's website, for laptops AND for desktops. Every single time, it comes up saying "graphics driver cannot find compatible hardware".

Sorry - my bad for not informing this in my first post:

I have already tried downloading every single driver on nvidias website. Both the laptop ones AND the desktop ones. Every single time, without any exceptions, it comes up saying that

"graphics driver cannot find compatible hardware"

As shown on this page:

http://www.igadgetsworld.com/how-to-nvidia-graphics-driver-can-not-find-compatible-graphics-hardware...

I also tried the "solution" on that page, but no succes.

Btw - I tried using option #2 on that link you gave me - this is what it came up with:

Just go to the nVidia Website to download the drivers... simple as that.

Mate - I have already tried that. Several times.

Keeps saying "graphics driver cannot find compatible hardware" - here is a pic of what message it comes up with:

I also tried the solution on that page - but no succes.

Did you try completely uninstalling your current Nvidia driver? Sometimes that works and allows the Nvidia installer to work correctly.

Yes, I did uninstall. Still same problem. Only driver that works, is the 333.1702 one from ASUS' website...

Also, upon using the "scan for driver" option on nvidia's site, it comes up with this:
