Are you on WiFi? Do you have an Atheros or Azurewave WiFi card?
Read the User's Manual for more info. 😄

Then click the New Drivers link in my sig, download a newer Atheros wifi driver, uninstll the old one, restart Windows, then install the new one. Restart and be happy. Lol

Let us know if this helps. 😄

Question is should i go through the trouble and exchange mine with G53SW with GTX 460 which has 192 bit or just keep mine and tune it up a bit...????

If it was me, and I had the chance, I'd exchange it. This is the type of thing that would bug me every-time I needed a little more speed.

Retailers should make it clear when a notebook is less than the one expected.

The 560M is faster, cooler and more efficient by a maximum of 10%. But you can reach 560M stock speeds on the 460M with an overclock.
