AI Suite will not uninstall, nor will it run at all. I have downloaded the Cleaner.zip file. However, it clearly states to uninstall AI Suite ii before running. I would like to re-install after.

if it is not in the control panel you can re-install and uninstall, or...

wmic Product List > c:\products.txt
msiexec /x {GUID-GUID-GUID-GUID-GUID}
be careful, don't go crazy

..and "wmic Product List" causes windows to run a check, so don't do it too much.

AI Suite loads drivers you don't need every day, so personally I live without it. Less drivers the better.
Check drivers with "DriverView" and use device manager to remove (after you know you don't need one), again, be careful.

The Cleaner.zip file I downloaded is corrupt, or incomplete, as it will not open and gives me a "Cleaner.zip is invalid" message. Can you post a link

that works please?

try an other unpacker, I seem to remember it did open with winrar but not with the windows default unzip...

I think you should start AISUITE installer and than he will uninstall some of software or all, depend what you check.
