Hi All!

So I have older Maximus IV mobo. Everything was fine until few weeks back. Basically first stage was few BSODs. Now my PC just shuts down whenever it wants. Goes back to restart, passes Windows logo screen and bam. Repeat again.
I have SLI GTX 760. 1000w PSU. 32GB Ram. All was fine for almost a year or so.

What I did. Cleared CMOS. Updated BIOS. Used new SSD to do fresh install. Checked another GPU. MemTested RAM. Same result.
System works for some time. If I do restart it crashes again. If I change some components and move stuff around it starts, works for an hour or so and after restart things return back.

Port below PCI, short black port I use for a WiFi card. Everytime I add the card PC crashes. No exceptions. Even on fresh install without drivers. Doesnt work in Safe Mode neither.
WiFi card works fine, I checked on another PC.

Event Viewer does not post any errors at all. Just crash and restart.

So my question is. Do you think mobo is dead or it some sort of PSU glitch? Thats the only part I havent checked.
Should I buy another Mobo or PSU.

Any advise will be appreciated, this problem drives me insane!!
