You can use GPU Tweak to OC it (download links are in the GPU Tweak forum). I have tested it works but haven't tested OC capacity of our in-house samples yet.

As it is the case with the CPU, also the GPU only pushes those reading up when needed.

I've bumped my gtx560m(128) to 825/1650/1354(1st attempt so far) and saw a decrease in 3dmark06? Surely it's a good enough bump to see a performance increase. I'm thinking it's a cpu throttling issue?

btw, it didn't even break a sweat lol.

My above post is wrong. I don't think i hit applied and save so it ran at stock speeds.

    anyways my results.

    3dmark06

    -Stock
    16,128pts

    o/c @ 900/1800/1500
    17,778pts

I tried at 950/1900/1550 but it crashed.

I'll leave mine at 850/1700/1400 and call it a day.

I never stress tested with a benchmark but with real world gaming(BF3/Skyrim) I've had no issues.

    Temps max out at 61c.

i overclock my g53sx(560m 128bit) randomly... i only know i overclock it under 1000mhz but above 900mhz for the core...and others randomly... and manage to get the WEI from 7.1 to 7.3 for the gpu performance... well, after that, i did not overclock it anymore to play games or others... just to increase my WEI to make it look nicer..
btw, i'm using msi overclocking afterburner...

Played 6 games of MW3 and the clock 900/1800/1625 did not crash my machine.

    I have the 560m (128-bit Edition)
I use Asus GPU Tweak and I have it clocked at:
    Core: 900mhz
    Memory: 3200mhz
    __________________
Not clocked, bandwidth is 40.0 Gb/s
Clocked like mine, bandwidth is 51.3 Gb/s
WEI went from 7.1 to 7.3 (Both Graphic Scores)

I can play BF3 on Ultra, but without AA & Ambient Occlusion.
Crysis 3 on ultra (w/ HIgh Texture Pack, No DX11)
GTA IV all details on the highest option
And other games that I'm too tired to name :P
My G74sx used to heat up above normal, but that was because that dust kinda blocking the airflow of the fans, but got that all cleaned up (:
