Hi siryu and Welcome to ROG

What changes have you made to your system prior to this happening? Try a system restore, if its Windows.

Those yellow exclamation marks in Device manager, Indicate an incorrect driver issue and Windows won't drive those, until the correct driver is installed. Should be obtainable from manufacturers website.

Go into Bios and check see if your drives are recognized, if you can and configure correctly.
Check your USB connections and cables, and make sure your SSD is connected to the correct SATA port.
Flash your Bios to the latest version and clear CMOS.
Check for any LEDs lighting up on MB.

Other things come to mind regarding Qcode 10 "PEI core is started" which means Pre EFI initialization. This phase of post is looking for memory then passes on to the DXE environment. but check the above first and report back.

Hi siryu . These are some things you can troubleshoot with.

Code 10 in windows is rather generic, but I believe the fault lies in the driver for that specific drive.

Before you begin, right click on the "USB Mass Storage Device" in Device Manager with the Yellow Exclamation mark and click "Uninstall" then reboot Windows.

1. Try this fix first and follow these steps:
In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
Follow the instructions to update the driver.

2. The issue can also be caused by a corruption in the Windows Driver Cache file.

Your windows INFCACHE.1 file can be found in the C:\Windows\System32\DriverStor\ directory.
Right Click on the "INFCACHE.1" file and select "Properties"
Select the "Security" Tab and click the "Edit" button
Click "Add" and in the "Enter Object Names to select" box type the word "Administrator" and click "ok".
Click "Apply" and click "ok" to the Windows Warning Screen.
Once you are back at the "Permissions for INFCACHE.1" window, select "Administrator" and check the "Full -Control" tick box. Click "Apply" and click "YES" to the Windows Warning Screen.
Click "ok" to the rest of the screens until you are back to the location of the "INFCACHE.1" file.
Right Click on the "INFCACHE.1" file and select "Delete". (renaming the file to any other name does not work)
Restart your PC and Windows will rebuild the "INFCACHE.1" file.
Once your PC restarts. Plug in your Integral USB Flash Drive and your device should function as normal.

Other things to try using REGISTRY EDITOR. (backup your registry before you do this).

3. Try deleting the USB "Upper Filter" & "Lower Filter" Entry in Registry.
Open registry editor. REGEDIT
Locate the “UpperFilters” value under the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
On the “Edit” menu, click “Delete”, and then click “OK”.

Locate the “LowerFilters” value under the same key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
On the “Edit” menu, click “Delete”, and then click “OK”.
Quit Registry Editor and restart the computer.

Barring any fault with your driver hardware, this should work, so please report back.

okay, i just tried it ...
all 3 steps is not working ...

step 1 . follow the update steps.
it said " The best driver software for your device is already installed "
Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date.

step 2 . i tried following all your steps, but after restart windows , and plug in the flash drive.
the file INFCACHE.1 is not there .. means its not auto rebuild. tried to unplug & plug it again , still the file not showing up.
so at the device manager on the drive that have yellow exclamation mark, click uninstall.
then scan for hardware changes.
after that windows tryin to install driver for the flash drive, but it failed ..
it said
" Device driver software was not successfully installed "
" Please consult with your device manufacturer for assistance getting this device installed. "
" Multiple Card Reader USB Device X Failed "
" UT163 USB Flash Disk USB Device X Failed "

the thing is its not the flash drive problem, because i tried 10 different kind USB drive , also 2 seagate expansion drive ..
and all device working normal on other desktop & laptop ..

step 3 . i tried the steps , but it seems i can't delete this key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
it said " error while deleting key "

Hi siryu

Ok, Well you can try "sfc /scannow" (without quotation marks) in an elevated command prompt, to see if there are any other corrupted files in windows, If it finds any, it will attempt repairs and try to fix them and if not, you may have to do a clean install of your OS.

Apart from that i'm fresh out of ideas.

tried " sfc/scannow "
result :
" Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logd\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log "

i tried to find the log file , to see what it said.
but i can't open it . " access is denied "

Hi siryu

If windows found corrupted files and can't fix them, you have choices.

1. Try and repair Windows. (Installation disk repair) or a complete re-installation of the OS.

2. You can attempt to read the log file yourself (difficult if you don't know what to look for). The guys at Windows Seven Forum can read it for you, and analyze).

Try here: http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/184201-how-open-windows-cbs-log-files.html
Or here for how to read Log file: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rqG59ph7y4

Access to the log file is thru an elevated command prompt.

I have found in the past that the quickest way is a complete re-installation. Its a pain I know, but an analyses of the CBS log file is time consuming and may not find the problem.

Make sure to backup any important personal files before re-installing Windows.
