Sound Card Issue when streaming and Uploading on youtube

Hey guys, does anyone else have this issue with the audio dropping for a sec then coming back in. Its like an audio stutter, not sure what is the correct word for it. Every time I stream using my asus phoebus card as the default audio I have this issue. When I use shadw play, the file looks great until I upload it to youtube. Whenever I use my default audio on my mobo I have no issues at all with either with streaming or uploading. Also, I streamed using OBS

Well.... not sure if anyone has this issue but I just deleted the Driver and let windows auto detect the card and now I am no longer having any issues.
Kinda scared to install the asus phoebus driver again because I really did like the sonic audio program but I guess I'll just leave it like this for now.
