i have bought Asus G750JM with Intel i5-4200H

mainly i would like to overclock the GPU (Nvidia 860m)
so can you suggest me what tool should i use for overclocking it and is overclock possible with current newest drivers
i tried flashing the prema modded vbios but do i need to boot from uefi installed windows ?
also i would like to undervolt the cpu as i have been reading from users to lower the temperature but havent got a clue how

There's some helpful info on overclocking the 860m in this thread...

... and undervolting the CPU is done using the Intel XTU:

i think it is working corectly and sliders should be unlocked (check the picture)
i have tried one test with 3dmark with overclock Clock @ 1230 & mem @ 2975 and i noticed the improvement

i just dont know why the creator of this mod noted to disable "CSM" and enable "secureboot"

i have the opposite
