Hi everyone, recently the motherboard of my G74 has left me and I'm thinking of purchasing a G752VT (the model with the GTX970)

looking on the internet I saw that there are different versions of this model as below

G752VT-T7005T or G752VT-GC113T

what are the differences?

Thanks for reply

From what I can see with my poor Italian and looking at the specs at the bottom, not the top of the page one has a bluray where the over has DVD.

Looks to me they have both the same super multi dl. The only difference seems the RAM, DD3 for T7005T and DDR4 the other one.
You may have a look at these links - look like better specified than AMAZON did.

The RAM is a misprint. CM236 chipset with skylake CPU only supports DDR4.

You are correct that DDR3 is not officially supported. Nevertheless Intel has officially announced the support for DDR4 and DDR3L which runs to 1.35V as far as I know. So may be isn't just mistyped but it might be DDR3L. Other than that I can't see other difference among the two machines.

Sorry the DDR3 will not work at all, wont even plug into the socket. DDR3L Sodimm=204 pin, DDR4 Sodimm=260pin.

thanks for reply,
Yes, was wondering mainly for ram, because i saw that on details they don't mention the frequency, I think I'm for the GC113T as it is safer than have DD4 at 2133Mhz (according to the seller, in seller we trust...).

I will keep you updated anyway, thanks for your help
