Only the 2646060 has the Hotfix Download Available option. Link for W64.

now is this fix generally for the 8 core FX?? i have the 6 coreFX so do i need this? thx

Yes, the patch fix (is supposed...) the Windows 7 scheduler for appropriate use about CMT technology of Bulldozer.

Yes, after you install Win7 x64 then Update all the Updates from Windows Update, Then you install KB2645594 First, then install KB2646060 after you restart.
