G73 Sleeping Probelem WIN7 GSOD

I leave it on sleep while i'm sleeping (pun!) and it would randomly turn on with the GSOD i might update vbios and bios but i am not sure if this is the case might be the OS?

update your vbios just in case. should update it anyways. is it a G73JH?
