    3960x, r4e, watercooling advice.

So i decided to go for a slower build and quality parts, going to take some more time putting together, but hopefully it will pay off in the end. So this is my first rig with proper watercooling, i intend to start off with cpu, chipset(i thought the chipset was inside the cpu for x79?) and VRM. And later gpu blocks. So im looking for high quality parts & maximum performance, advice, links, rtfms welcome!. Also iv been eying these phase units, i hear condensation is still an issue. Thoughts?.

Any complete kit i should look at?, would one kit be enough for cpu/vrm/chipset?, waterblocks for memory?.

Like i said iv just started researching this so im still quite a noob. Help me please! =).

the case is cooler master cosmos 2.
