I have a Crosshair V Formula, 750W XFX PSU, 4GB RAM.
I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me the Multipliers and Frequency so I can get a nice overclocking result? (stable of course)
Btw I use air cooling. a ZALMAN CNPX11S cooler
My advice would be to read the guide that is sticky at the top of the Crosshair sub forum.

Work your way through the guide and that way you will find all the answers to your questions. The thing to remember is that no two systems will work the same, so no two settings are guaranteed to work. Better I think to find out what the BIOS options do and how they work with your unique system components.
