Who needs a 9000 series when you have Der8auer breaking the massive 8GHz on an FX8350 with the Crosshair V Formula! His SuperPi 32M runs falls in at 9 mins 26 seconds, breaking a new world record by some 13 seconds! Pics inside.
We already teased the new ASUS ROG GTX 780 Poseidon earlier and hinted that we might show it at Dreamhack Winter in Jönköping and guys from Sweclockers.com were there to take the new graphics card for a more serious photo session, showing the new DirectCU H2O in its full glory.
Since the ASUS Republic of Gamers Rampage IV Black Edition motherboard is a premium product aimed at those gamers, enthusiasts and overclockers that want nothing but the best of the best, it is no wonder that the box itself has to represent that premium product in all its glory.
We’re always hunting for some of the most awesome ROG builds, and this time we came across Mhike Smasin’s SilverStone Raven RV02 mod. Mhike decided to give the case a beautiful orange paint job and some high-end watercooling. His build is overall very clean and there has been a lot of attention to the fine details. For example, have a closer look at the power supply, or the SLI bridge – very nice!
See the gallery inside. Nice job, Mhike!
ROG has just launched a new MARS graphics card: the MARS 760. This is fully-custom designed by ROG!
As both MARS and ARES represent dual GPU products, by the name you guessed the ROG graphics team has bolted two GTX 760 GPUs to a single PCB! By working closely with Nvidia, both teams have enabled the world’s first GTX 760 quad SLI setup: four GPUs in two PCI-Express slots! ROGers with Formula, Hero or even micro ATX Gene boards can get the best gaming performance possible.
See inside for the full details!
Paul has made yet another mod is a work of art – not only in design, but for technical achievements like rotating the DirectCU II graphics card 90 degrees to better show it off, and putting the sound card behind the motherboard! Using the Maximus VI Formula and DirectCU II graphics card, see the full spec and build pics inside.
