ASUS has just launched its Xonar U7 USB sound device with headphone amplifier. While not ROG branded, the U7 has very clear audio at 114dB SNR, partly thanks to its Hyper Grounding PCB design (that was originally designed for the Xonar Phoebus) and a powerful 32ohm-1,50ohm headphone amplifier built in to really pump up the sounds to your (Vulcan or Orion) headset.
The Starladder S5 LAN just took place with plenty of DOTA2, Counter Strike:GO and Point Blank action, so if pro-gaming is your thing and you can watch the a roundup of the event and see a gallery inside!
DanK puts the GTX 670 DirectCU Mini on the testing block to discover if this tiny graphics card really can drive massive performance. Everything from the PCB upgrade to the DirectPower + Super Alloy Power hardware, revised DirectCU cooler design and CoolTech fan are ASUS exclusive technologies. It’s a lot of kit crammed into 17cm.
We’ve just recently launched our ROG Google+ page, so even if you’re not a fan of Facebook and prefer the G+ alternative, you can still follow ROG there for all the latest updates.
