ROG Laptops to be the World’s First to Offer Super-Fast 120Hz Panels

Time has come for laptop panels to get desktop-monitor-like performance. Future 15" and 17" ROG gaming laptops will have the option of super-fast 120Hz refresh rate panels, exciting times!

The refresh rate on the new AHVA (Advanced Hyper-Viewsing Angle) panels is double that of current panels (60Hz) while the color remains just as vibrant, expect amazing image quality and contrast even when viewed from extreme angles. Visuals are about to get a whole lot better, having a combination of: raw power to churn out faster frame rates, DirectX 12 goodness, twice the refresh rate, G-SYNC compatibility, and of course vibrant colors.

Be on the lookout as one of these panels will be showcased at COMPUTEX 2016 next week, all the latest and upcoming ROG gear will be on show and you will see them all right here, so stay tuned!
