PC Perspective GeForce GTX DirectCU II Roundup
PC Perspective has taken not one, but three GeForce GTX 500 series graphics cards with DirectCU II cooling and put them to the test in their comprehensive 14 page review of the ASUS ENGTX560, ENGTX570, and ENGTX580.
The guys detail not only the cards themselves, but GPU Tweak software and the Super Alloy Power hardware too. On DirectCU II, PC Per conlcuded:
"Cooling was excellent and the noise from the fans was not loud or bothersome at all. Build quality is great and it worked like a champ throughout these months of testing."
Eventually the guys gave awards all round, with the GTX 560 Ti Direct CU II receiving a premium Gold Award, the GTX 570 DirectCU II got a Silver Award and the GTX 580 DirectCU II got an Editors Choice!
