ROG OC Showdown Formula Series Round 2 - Do you have what it takes?
The Round2 of the Formula is now on! Prepare your gear and try to overclock your system to win great kudos and prizes.
Formula Vs Extreme
The ROG OC Showdown competitions are divided into two series: Extreme and Formula. The Formula one is exclusively for people starting out with overclocking, and are limited to air and water cooling. Elite and Extreme Leagues of HWBOT aren't allowed to compete in the Formula Series to make the competition exciting and fair.
Experience Competitive Overclocking
Never tried overclocking before with an ASUS Motherboard, or competitive overclocking? In ROG OC Showdown Formula Series - Round 2, you get a chance to make your mark, have loads of fun, and win some great prizes!
Partners of the competition are Intel, Enermax and HyperX. Competition is organized with HWBOT on the oc-esports website.
All participants get a chance to win in the lucky draw, including five goodies packs each consisting of an ROG OC Showdown t-shirt, a HyperX Fury 32GB USB key, an Enermax foldable headset and an Ultrabox drive dock.

Round 2 of the Formula Series is divided in 3 stages: XTU, GPUPi for CPU - 1B and HWBOT Prime. To join you can use any ASUS Motherboard, no limitation on the model and it's open to everyone worldwide!
Quick guide to XTU
- Download XTU (Intel Xtreme Tuning utility) benchmark .
- Install the program and reboot your system.
- Open XTU and click "Run" on the benchmarking area.
- Click on the Compare Online button and you will be redirected to the HWBOT website.
- Click on "Competing" and fill in your information.
- Take a picture of your rig and click "Submit".
- A pop-up windows will appears with the competitions you can enter with your score. Click on "ROG OC Showdown Formula Series - Round 2".
- Check your ranking! (May require a little time to verify and update.)
