Call of Duty: Ghosts Latest Update Lowers RAM Requirement

In a new update released by Infinity Ward for for Call of Duty: Ghosts, the 6GB RAM requirement has been lowered to 4GB, and there are also new eSports match rules and a broadcasting mode added.

While most of high-end systems are already running on 8GB+ of memory, there are plenty of PC systems that are stuck with 4GB of memory. Infinity Ward's recent requirement of 6GB of RAM memory for Call of Duty: Ghosts game left many players stranded or shopping for new memory kits, but that the requirement is now gone.

According to some users, the update has also removed a menu stutter issue but in-game stutter is still present in some circumstances.
