ROG Announces Gaming Laptops with NVIDIA GTX 10-Series Graphics Cards
The new wave of ROG gaming laptops featuring NVIDIA GTX 10-Series graphics is here! Recently ASUS was crowned as the most dominant force in gaming laptops with 40% market share worldwide, it's really no wonder when ROG is always pushing for performance and innovations. The latest additions demonstrate why ROG is the leader in making the vessel that take you to gaming nirvana.
The raving reviews of the recently-released desktop GTX 10-Series graphics cards are an indication of how exciting portable gaming is about to become. These new gaming laptops are VR-Ready which in itself already tells you at least how much power to expect - a lot!
ROG GX800
The big daddy of gaming laptops comes in an 18-inch 4K liquid-cooled package. Previously intended for GTX 980 in 2-way SLI, now the new ROG GX800 can't be anything less than GTX 1080s in 2-way SLI, can it? With the ROG Hydro Overclocking System to cool the Intel Core i7 6820HK processor, up to 64GB of DDR4 memory and dual graphics cards, you're looking at a beast that is 76% faster than anything else out there (tested with 3DMark 11 and Fire Strike Ultra benchmarks).
The 4K display features NVIDIA G-SYNC for smooth visuals, and for the first time ROG features the MechTAG (Mechanical Tactile Advanced Gaming) keyboard with mechanical switches and RGB lighting! For full specs you can visit the product page here or see some more pictures from COMPUTEX 2016 here.
ROG G800
If you find that you can settle with a single GTX 1080 (errr... most people actually dream about just one), then G800 is your best bet. With an Intel K-Series processor, 64GB of memory and a 4K display, it's ready for any of your games. This also features the new MechTAG keyboard and red-backlit keys.
ROG G752VS and G752VM
The mighty G752 comes in two more extra flavors - G752VS with GTX 1070 for 80% more gaming power compared to the previous generation (Maxwell). Paired with an unlocked Intel 6th Gen. i7 processor (capable of being overclocked up to 4GHz) and up to 64GB of DDR4 memory, be ready serious gaming on the super-fast 120Hz refresh rate display panel with the anti-ghosting backlit keyboard. G752VM is the GTX 1060 variant with 32.3% more power than the previous generation GTX 970M.
ROG Strix GL502VS and GL502VM
The highly-popular super-compact 15-inch gaming laptop is back with GL502VS and GL502VM. GL502VS features the GTX 1070 while GL502VM feaures the GTX 1060. For anyone in search for the best balance between power and portability, look no further.
