INTUITIVE CONTROLS

Metal media control keys are arranged so they’re right at your fingertips, and can be programmed into hotkeys. Turn the scroll wheel to adjust volume or mute audio, and use the knob to reverse or skip tracks, pause or play.

The keys are pretty responsive, build quality is stellar, and the extra buttons are god-send. Furthermore, it has a lower price compared to its more bombastic version, the ROG Strix Flare II Animate.

The ASUS ROG Strix Flare II keyboard is an excellent keyboard that fits appropriately within the context of high-end products. As is the case with a product of this level, the price is not very accessible to most and this is a major limitation for the ASUS ROG Strix Flare II: despite being of fine construction and quality, the Cherry MX Red switches are much noisier than the norm and the palm rest, which should be a valuable addition to the kit, is perhaps one of the most problematic elements.
