Keep comms crystal clear with the new ROG Fusion II 500 and 300 gaming headsets
In the middle of a fierce firefight, the last thing you need is interruption from background music or voices next door. The latest ROG Fusion II 500 and ROG Fusion II 300 headsets deliver crystal clear voice communication through their hidden AI Beamforming Microphones and AI Noise Cancelation, so your teammates don’t miss a single command.
Both the ROG Fusion II 500 and 300 are designed for quality audio first: each uses a high resolution ESS 9280 Quad DAC, with four separate chips that devote their own processing power to a subset of the audible frequency range for excellent audio reproduction. This quad-DAC solution also allows for a higher signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring your game audio is undisturbed by background static, and every footstep comes loud and clear through the 50mm ASUS Essence drivers.
What truly sets the ROG Fusion II apart from our other headsets, however, are its hidden microphones. Instead of a boom mic that extends out the earcup, the headset’s microphones reside within the earcups themselves, using AI beamforming to create an acoustic zone that targets your mouth while filtering out distracting background noise from other directions. In fact, our AI solution has a more focused beam pattern than traditional beamforming microphones, providing clearer voice communication for your teammates. Couple that with our AI Noise Cancelation, which can be adjusted between High, Medium, and Low to your preferences, and you can remain confident your comrades will hear your audio loud and clear. The ROG Fusion II 500 even has a Game Chat volume control that lets you re-balance your teammates’ voices relative to the rest of your audio, so you hear them just as clearly as they hear you.
Both headsets offer USB-C and USB-A connectivity, compatible with PCs, Macs, PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles, the Nintendo Switch, and other USB-capable mobile devices. However, the ROG Fusion II 500 also offers 3.5mm connectivity, so you can connect to your phone, Xbox, or other device that doesn’t support USB audio connections.
