Speaking of keys, and this is where I thought the Falcata shines best. ASUS’ ROG HFX V2 magnetic switches – also known as hall effect, for the mechanical keyboard otakus – are ridiculously fast. I didn’t realise how lightly I rested my fingers on keys until I started accidentally firing off abilities in Diablo IV.

so asus just made a hall effect split keyboard and it might just be the best gaming keyboard you cant buy. yet....

Tenting is when you angle the keyboard slightly outwards to make it more ergonomic to type on. I think this is brilliant. During my time with a lot of keyboards, specifically when I'm typing scripts, I do realize it is a little bit more comfortable to type on an angle than if it was just flat. So I do appreciate this feature.

On top of that, because this is a split keyboard, you can get rid of the right hand side and just use the left hand side exclusively when gaming, meaning better ergonomics for gaming and more space for you to move your mouse, which is always a good thing.
