Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

This promotion -- ROG - Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Giveaway (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).
  1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
  2. The Promotion commences on December 28th, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. (GMT +8) and terminates on December 31st, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. (“Promotion Period”) and hosts within territories as listed in https://www.xbox.com/regions(excluding Russia) (“Promotion Territory”).
  3. Employees of ASUS and its, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
  4. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
    1. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least twenty (20) years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in. ASUS reserves the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute if the Eligible Entrant is underage.
    2. Provided you give ASUS your comments and/or follow ASUS ROG Facebook and retweet ASUS ROG post as requested by ASUS , you will be eligible (“Eligible Entrants”) for this Promotion. Regardless of how many times you give ASUS your comments and/or retweets would only be counted one Entrant.
    3. Thirty (30) prize winners will be randomly selected and be subsequently informed within three (3) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period (“Drawing Date”) by announcing on ASUS Global ROG social platforms (Facebook and Twitter).
    4. The prize, which is one (1) code for redeeming Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (approximate retail value (ARV): $14.99) (“Prize Code”) will be delivered to your Facebook or Twitter account within two (2) days after the Drawing Date. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
    5. You must create a new Microsoft account for redeeming Prize Code if you have redeemed any Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Code before.
    6. The Prize Code will be invalid after March 31st, 2023. You will be automatically billed for the subscription to XBOX Game Pass Ultimate at the intervals you selected unless you cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing in your Microsoft account before March 31st, 2023.
    7. You acknowledge that each Facebook account will be counted one (1) Entrant for this Promotion during the Promotion Period, and an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time.
  5. 5. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Twitter. You agree to grant Facebook and/or Twitter a complete release regarding this Promotion. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to ASUS and not to Facebook and/or Twitter; and such information and Personal Information will only be used for this Promotion –ROG - Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Giveaway.
