Hi,

I have proof my laptop was working well ! with HDMI i can play games and i made 10 minutes Stress test after 2 hours of playing Game.

I can use my laptop vie HDMI to TV or Monitor just normally smooth without problem but laptop's screen is black(not taking power)

I have more than 6 people to witness to believe this story and i have couple video and photos about that and i sent this with whatsapp to my friends they using MSI

curious about my issue.

After Playing games i did 10 minStress Test Same time CPU AND GPU

As you guys can see there is nothing wrong with my laptop's GPU, CPU, Keyboard ETC.

and i sent to ASUS SERVICE in Turkey for just find the issue why i have to pay more when i can buy gaming monitor for cheaper money.

Service guy called me and saying me laptop not working, not even life proof not working HDMI and VGA ports !! and they telling me 3870 TRY for new MotherBoard

BTW i purchased this laptop in USA 2015 for 3600 TRY, i don't care about Motherboard i can buy 144HZ 1MS Gaming Monitor for 1000 TRY

i asked for send my laptop back so they did i am waiting for arrive my laptop was working well before sent to service !! Service saying me your laptop is dead you

need new motherboard replacement I don't know what they did but if my laptop won't working well exept Screen. I will be sure they did something for new

motherboard replacement !

Yes, please have patience and an ASUS representative will address your concerns. Sometimes it takes a few days.

Today, i receive my laptop and it's not working ! My Laptop was fully perfect working exept screen before sent to Asus Service, now only Bulb indicator and when i plug to charge battery indicator working others not working(keyboard light, rog logo, power button light) ! and they asking my permission for new motherboard replacement ! even my laptop was fully perfect working exept screen before sent to Asus!

Now, Look carefully they told me i don't have warranty and they will not disassembly my laptop if i don't give permission for 3820TRY, when i was trying to check for my motherboard maybe service steal something or broke something so they can sell me 3820TRY new Motherboard ! but i saw a warranty sticker on top of my laptop's screw. So if i check my laptop's motherboard and found something missing they will say you open your laptop and you try to fool us !!!!

I am really pissed off !
when i call Asus Support they told me send your laptop back ofc. not free another money i spend on this shipment ! they broke my laptop and asking for send back not even free.

Today Asus Called me and they told we can send you camera record for when they take my laptop. I told them, how can i know it's not "acted" send me 3 days of record so i know it's not acted scene and she says says just no. Asus Broke My Laptop ! I Will Prepare lawsuit.

MY LAPTOP WAS WORKING PERFECT EXCEPT SCREEN BUT HE DID SOMETHING TO MY LAPTOP AND CALLED ME AND SAYS ME YOUR LAPTOP IT'S DEAD and asked for 3820 TRY FOR REPAIR and SAYS YOUR LAPTOP DON'T HAVE LIFE SIGNALS ! and sent my laptop back and you can see via pictures it's not working.
But as you can see in camera record they sent it's working. If no HQ reach me today I will sue them tomorrow. excuse my writing skill and i am so pissed off !
THEY SEND ME PROOF FOR WHAT I NEED IN MY LAWSUIT I WILL SUE ASUS !

UPDATE FOR MY ISSUE:

I went to consumer rights court and presecutor for info how can i use my rights and how to give proofs(Pictures, Videos and Witnesses) and Both said we need your laptop too for proof .

Then I called (Today) Asus on 05.08.2018 at 13:59(01:59 P.M.) and said "you guys told me yesterday my laptop will be shipping back but still you guys don't shipped yet and i told them shipping immediately because consumer rights court and presecutor want my laptop for proof" he said "okey i will say this to Asus Service" and ended call.

After 27 Minutes Service guy called me (I will write this like chat talk so you can follow well) SG=Service Guy

SG- What is your issue Halil, how can i help you ?

Halil- My issue is you guys got my laptop perfectly fine on 04.18.2018 but you guys did something wrong then called me and said to me your laptop dead. Asus Sent me video record and it's approves but what did you guys do to my laptop and called me 2 days later and said to me your laptop dead, and what the hell is ACER WARRANTY STICKER ON MY LAPTOP.

SG- First of all i didn't watch the video. second thing Asus will say whatever we say and warranty sticker thing can't be happened We and ACER in same building but diffrent deppartment.

Halil- Then why the hell ACER WARRANTY STICKERS ATTACHED ON MY LAPTOP ?

SG- We using same shipment department. The guy opened Acer laptop before your laptop Acer laptop's sticker attached to your laptop when the man puts your notebook on the table so it's attached.

" I WAS LIKE WTF ??? IS HE TROLLING ME ? STILL TRYING TO SCAM ???"

Halil- I said this can't be happened my laptop have foot like 2 CM (~ 1 Inch) gap between table and laptop for protecting from dust and supply good airflow.

SG- Maybe some ports disassembled during shipment let me check inside your laptop and i will call you 30 min later.

There is nothing happened during shipment as you can see on video my laptop working so i think he fixing what he did or replaced parts how can i know ??

After 1 hour he called and said yeah your laptop fixed except screen and we can't fix your screen it's USA laptop we don't have parts for check the screen but when i check your the values of the motherboard's parts it's not normal maybe it will never broke or will broke tomorrow i can't say for sure.

DEAR USA 'S ASUS OFFICE PLEASE HELP ME THEY SCAMMED ME

THEY WASTED TOO MUCH TIME

THEY WASTED MY SHIPMENT MONEY 45 TRY(11~12 USD) PER SEND

MAYBE HE FIXED SOMETHING TEMPORARY FOR AVOID FOR LAWSUIT CASES.

I NEED HELP
