I recently reinstalled Windows to wipe everything out and I am completely unable to find the Touchpad through the Device Manager. I tried installed the Asus PTP drivers and it fails everytime. Under the "Mice and other pointing devices" of device manager, it lists 2 HID-compliant mouse. I have tried finding other drivers to install, but nothing has worked and I'm out of ideas. Anyone else experience this or have some suggestions to resolve this?

My apologies, I made an assumption. It's Windows 10 Pro Build 1803

In Device Manager, look under Human Interface Devices. It's listed as ASUS Precision Touchpad. The touchpad can be activated and disabled by pressing FN/F9 keys.
The drivers for the touchpad is found here: ieSupport/eDriver/Software/Touchpad/ASUS/Precision Touchpad/11.0.13/3941/setup.exe.

Alright, thought you loaded Win 8.1 or prior. No driver exists for Touch Pad prior Win10. :f

As above,

C:\eSupport\eDriver\Software\Touchpad\ASUS\Precisi on TouchPad\

Is where you should find it / them.

That's my problem, it isn't showing under Human Interface Devices and I have tried toggling the FN-F9 button and rescanning for hardware changes multiple times.

Does the touchpad work at all? It should work without a driver, just won't have multi touch.

When you reinstalled Win10, did you use a program to update your drivers to the latest possible? :f

When you reinstalled Windows 10, did you retain a copy of the eSupport folder? Did you replace the copied folder unto the new Windows installation?

The touchpad does not work at all. I did not retain a copy of the eSupport folder. Can that be recovered from the website? Would I have to reinstall again using different steps?

You are going to wish you kept a copy of that folder. There are some drivers and software that are only found there. You are lucky that the touchpad driver is on the ASUS Download website. Download a copy of the driver and try to install.

I've unfortunately tried installing multiple times as well. I get this error every time:

I believe what you need to install this driver is the ASUS Installation Wizard program which is part of the eSupport folder. That folder is 2.53GB, too large for email. Return the laptop to ASUS and let them restore your drives. Good Luck!

Again, did you use a program to update all your drivers to the latest version? ;x
