View Full Version : Windows 10 August ISO good news for NVMe?

Seems like the new ISO for Windows 10 has the NVMe drivers for the G752's inside of it, I just did a fresh install since upgrading to a 500gb SSD and I didn't need to load the drivers for them to appear. ;x

That has been so for a while as long as in your BIOS the SATA settings are for AHCI, you only needed drivers if the SATA Setting was for RAID?

I've tried native windows and Samsung I couldn't tell any difference, same running in RAID mode performance if about the same with RAID being more of a hassle to install.

Not sure, 4 months ago when I installed Win10, I had to load the custom driver.
Yesterday with the latest ISO, with all drives formatted / deleted, everything was there. No custom driver load needed..

(BIOS never changed)

It was really, really soothing, and probably the best thing Microsoft has done in ages in my experiences.. ha ;x
