G531GU sound is very low on web browser and when playing game

I compare the sound's volume on web browser and windows app like Groove and Windows Media Player. I noticed that audio/video played on web browser is much lower than it should be. While played on windows app, the volume is normal, not lower at all. This is the the proof:

While gaming, the volume is also much lower than it should be. Is it normal behaviour in G531GU, or is it driver problem, or I just got defect product ?

Did you check if the volume is not lower for the browser only? Right click on speakers in the bottom right corner, then open volume mixer and adjust the volume levels.
