View Full Version : Constant problems trying to complete Z390 cashback request

I purchased the ASUS Z390 and I5-9600 to take advantage of the 80 cashback promotion. What a big mistake :mad:

It has taken 24hrs for the website to finally accept my serial number and now it is asking me for a IBAN and a BIC code which I don't have as it was purchased using a credit card.

When I try to use the customer service number it lets me go through all of the options and then tells me to send requests by email :mad:

Is there anyway to do this?
