Where can I find the proper audio drivers for my laptop, I had them before but since my format I lost them. Also now it defaults its audio to come out of the subwoofer so I had to switch default to speakers. I was told the sub and speakers functioned as 1 and I dont remember being able to make sound come out of only the sub before I formated. Theres a sticker on it saying EAX advancedHD 4.0, I can't figure out which drivers to use on the asus site either. I have sound drivers but when I plug in headphones audio still comes out of the speakers. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Latest audio codec and ATI HDMI drivers are available from Realtek (http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false) (get the "Vista, Windows7 Driver (32/64bits) Driver only (Executable file)" and "ATI HDMI Audio Device" packages).

The Creative package is available from Asus (http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us) (search Notebook/Drivers/Creative).

Thanks a ton, that's what I did and it worked like a charm.

I also now maintain a driver and application page (you'll find it in the stickies)
