View Full Version : Regarding Warranty for HDD

Hello,

I bought a ROG laptop from flipkart last year and it came with a 1TB HDD and 256GB SSD.
The warranty is expiring in a month.
I tried using "CrystalDiskInfo" software and found that the SSD health is good (99%) and the HDD is failing drastically(Caution).
The issue is "Reallocated sectors count" which is a hardware issue. My data is in danger and since it cannot be repaired by software,
Will ASUS support in replacement?

Check the attached image for the issue.

I did via their site and email and this is their reply,
"We request you to kindly visit our nearest service center for the same. Or for more details kindly contact to our toll-free number-1800-209-0365"

I will go there when the lockdown finally ends.
