ARMOURY CRATE Aura Sync not working on a TUF FX505DD Laptop

Just before I start, if this is the wrong forum to post this query on (since it's TUF not ROG related), I'm sorry, couldn't find a TUF forum.
I've had a few problems with ARMOURY CRATE, and decided to uninstall and reinstall it. After doing so, in the ARMOURY CRATE Aura Sync my device is no longer compatible, despite the fact the laptop has rgb, and was previously compatible. Reinstalling doesn't work, what do I do?

Make sure you have the latest version - V3.0.4.0
If you don't, reboot and do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes while the update installs in the background.
